As a trauma-informed therapist, I provide a safe setting in which to help you heal from trauma and go on to live a satisfying life. One treatment option that I offer is Prolonged Exposure therapy, a specific form of cognitive behavioral therapy for post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) that has been shown to be highly effective for reducing post-traumatic symptoms.
